"We were looking at selling our house and buying a new house and Ben was recommended to us. Before we sold our house, Ben came over and walked through each room and gave us ideas on how to stage the house and what parts of the house we should upgrade and what parts we should leave alone. When it came time to put our house up on the market, I took some photos of each room of the house and he uploaded the best pics that would best help our house to sell. The day he put our house on the market, we received multiple offers to see the house! He immediately called me at the office to let me know that potential buyer wanted to see the house THAT day! I had to rush home to tidy up some things and get my dogs out of the house and he rushed to the house to put up the real estate post and sign in the front yard. We looked at multiple houses and some fell through due to higher offers and first right of refusals. Ben kept us optimistic and after we upped our budget, we found a lot of other houses that met most of the items on our "dream" list. We eventually found the perfect house for us which got us out of the city which meant lower taxes and less headaches. Ben was still with us every step of the way, especially during all the inspections. He was in constant contact with the seller, especially when we had HOA questions and if we wanted to see the house to take measurements. We were able to actually close on the new house hours after the buyers closed on our house! The only stressful part of this entire process was trying to find a house after an offer was put on our house a day after being on the market! Once we found a house and put an offer on it, everything was smooth sailing. I don't think there's anyone else we would use if we ever decided to go through this process again.
